Cosmic AES is looking for a recruiter to efficiently source, screen and acquire highly qualified candidates with various skillsets and levels to fulfill open positions. The recruiter will work with the various hiring managers to establish position requirements, recruiting strategies and the appropriate salary range. Additionally, the successful candidate should be able to effectively guide job candidates through the recruiting process. This position is critical to the continued growth of Cosmic AES.
Develop creative approaches to identifying, attracting, and engaging high quality candidates.
Create and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for frequently hired roles.
Proactively search and focus on hard-to-fill roles.
Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process. Set continuous improvement goals.
Supplement Human Resource Manager during surges and absences.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
Experience in recruiting and capturing technical personnel.
Skilled in Boolean search techniques and sourcing through recruiting agencies databases.
Able to collect and interpret metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment strategy and provide alternative courses of action to improve effectiveness.
Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule.
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Three plus years corporate recruiting experience preferred.
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
Self-starter that can work in a fast-paced technology company.
